			<description><![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 开幕式就是我的第一天工作日。虽然之前培训了好几次了，很多细节的东西都是过了好几遍了。可真的到操作的时候，流程是很清楚了，这个对谁来说都没难度。可难在很多不确定的因素，临时的应急。 </p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 本次活动是保乐力加公司（Pernod Ricard）08年最大的一个活动。来方都是其公司的大客户或者高层。稍微一个没应对好，呵呵，麻烦就大了。 奥运十八天一共有八批次的客人来京看赛事。我们主要做的就是接待工作。这个接待说起来好简单，我之前也曾对此嗤之以鼻。以为他们找我的主要原因是可以用英语交流。我还为自己大学花了一万三一年的学费而深感庆幸呢。可后来发现了，这更重要的是一个团队的磨合。为此呢，更加感谢大学里那帮教授和老外的习惯：teamwork。我也曾在大家手心手背的选择中侥幸成过teamleader，所以对这样形式的工作还不算陌生。第一轮开的客人是最face大的，而这个时候我们的团队却需要开始磨合，所以第一轮下来，难免都有点乱。可比较下来看，我们这个团队虽然陌生，可是流程走得还很好。 团队的成员之间的磨合才是最重要的。大家相互之间有竞争，可更需要合作。好比一个四面八方都有子弹的战场，每个人都挡着一面。可这样的情况下就说明了，成员之间都是背对背的，不是面对面的。这样的形式下，作为teamleader的我，压力就更大了。要及时挖掘每个人的潜力，还要摸清每个人的性格，怎样的合理安排每个人的工作，让整个工作链有条不紊的进行，并且这个过程还愉快并有收获。 </p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 接手这个工作的时候心里就很没底，首先我没做过导游，对接待客人安排流程这一方面来说几乎是全部陌生的；其次我没接触过酒店管理，对客人入住的酒店和相关的管理协调都是从零开始的，酒店的人一看我们是大客户都笑脸相迎，可心里不知道想着要敲诈多少倍呢；再者，我的团队成员都是这两个方面的人才，都有两年左右的工作经验了。没有经验，对自己来说就非常没底。在我心里没底又要硬头皮上的时候我想到了我的导师Leory Dong。感谢他给了我那么多有见地的建议，很多关键的时候，我都发现他当初邮件里简单的话语是那么的有分量。于是我的不眠夜都变成了疲倦后的呼呼大睡，然后起床后又精神百倍的去应付一切。 </p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 那天在宾馆里称了一下自己的体重，呵呵，少了一个kg了啊。同时想起在支教学校的时候，学生的艺术节后，我体重掉了2kg。如果这两次比较起来看，我想我都有收获。只是，生活总是向前的，我应该让自己更好的找好定位了。</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 火炬昨天在我的家乡完成了传递，跑过的地方都给我熟悉的震撼。虽然我没有在现场，成都的好友们还告诉我即使是去助威呐喊，都要经过筛选。我还是很兴奋，家乡，地震之后的坚强和勇敢，在祥云的照耀下更加灿烂了。<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 今天，火炬在北京开始了最后的冲刺。我仿佛听到了掷地有声的脚步声。其实这个脚步声在七年前就听到了，只是这个时候越发的响亮，越发的激情澎湃了。而且，一分钟以前，中国女足进了第一个球了，兴奋中，期待ing.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
而我，在金钱的刺激和机会的允许下，可能看不了现场直播了。我要在一个团队工作，接待前来看奥运的嘉宾。今天之前已经开了好几次的会了，后天客人到达，希
望到时候一切都ok。虽然与奥运志愿者这个机会失之交臂，但是呢，却被找去做和志愿者基本一样的工作。也算是和奥运结缘了吧。日程一天天临近，奥运的脚步
踏得更响了！]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 上个周末给爱德照明设计公司（北京）的设计总监颜先生做了翻译。来的外宾是罗马尼亚人Batha和助理Corina，还有一个法国人Philippe,很有意思的是这个法国人能说一口流利的Chinglish。让我很是意外，也让一天的翻译增添了不少的乐趣。</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Batha罗马尼亚的一个金融寡头，拥有一个皇宫式的住宅。经常大boss都是是一个很固执的人，觉得对的事情总是坚持。吃午饭的时候，我们就因为中国富人多还是穷人多争执起来。他说他所到的中国餐馆，不管是晚上还是中午，都满座，然后反问我，这是穷的表现？我顿时觉得好笑，于是我告诉他富人才上餐馆吃饭，穷人都在家做。可他还是不接受，没看到北京的档次地方，就说：beautiful, unbelievable...仿佛北京满地都是金子。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 他的助理倒要温和很多，对他的照顾更是无微不至。看起来和我年龄差不多，可人家却已经是一个两岁孩子的妈妈了。这才真是让我觉得难以置信。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Philippe很幽默，很浪漫。也很好相处。他总是说一些我们要想很久才想得明白的普通话，比如说鸟巢，他总要说成：药啜。嘟着嘴巴很可爱的样子。</p>

			<description><![CDATA[&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 邻居家小孩，梳着长长的刘海，好想还做过离子烫的，像一个瓦片搭在额头上，穿着很多奇怪修饰的T恤和牛仔裤。一副叛逆的表情，似乎全世界与他无关，又似乎全世界都冒犯了他。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 他妈妈告诉我，他才念高一，因为谈恋爱了，又为了那个女生去打架，事情惹大了，被学校开除了。所以现在来北京，跟着在这边打工的父母开始他的打工生涯。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 以为这样的一次经历，能让他有些成长。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 那天我告诉他，我的学生和你一样大，他笑笑，没说话，看得出来，他还是很怀念学校的感觉，可是他已经不再被允许回到那个地方了。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 来了北京，他妈妈还在到处打听有可以让他上学的地方，哪怕是技术学校也好。因为她就是不识字，来北京只能给人家当保姆，洗衣做饭受脸色。她深知文化很大程度上是决定一个人的命运的。可是，他确死活不同意，他对北京有抵触，甚至是自卑。可是，他又觉得这个花花绿绿的世界，他很好奇。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 前几天在小鬼回老家了一趟，回来的时候多了一个人，就是传说中的那个为红颜一搏的那个红颜。我看到以后心里一下就暗了下去，那个小姑娘看起来也就十五六岁，一脸的青涩一脸的幼稚。可两人还手牵手......<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我有些忍俊不禁，这么小，懂什么是爱？这样可千万别侮辱了当年女娲造人的神圣初衷。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ......<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 可突然我又暗淡下来。因为的学生们，是一样的情况。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 他们一样喜欢这种很另类的发型，还要染上他们觉得很个性的颜色。穿的衣服也是，奇奇怪怪，又是迎合了他们要个性的胃口。谈恋爱就更不要说了，基本上，有没有女朋友，有没有人追，已经成为他们相互比较的唯一资本了。成绩好的人在他们眼中什么都不算，因为没有男朋友或者女朋友，那就是没有魅力。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 写到这里我有些生气，又有些无奈。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 因为前几天一个学生给我打电话，其实他们很多时候想着我，让我觉得很感动。可总是这种感动会让我生气，让我觉得很挫败。他们已经不念书了，在外面打工。我问他一个月多少钱，他很满足的与其说奖金什么的全加一起，能有七百左右。我告诉他，我如果出去做翻译，几个小时就挣这些。他在那边顿了一会儿，说，那还有没怎么读书的人，一天就挣几千几万的呢，你怎么不跟他们比呢。我当时已经生气得想砸电话，可还是耐着性子问他，那你呢？他说，反正不读书能挣钱的人有的是。我无语，挂了电话。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 又有一天，另一个学生给我打电话。说他在学洗车。我问他满意不，他说还行。还加了一句话，经常都能洗到宝马或者奔驰呢（语气中透漏的得意让我打消了把谈话接下去的念头）。我特别想问他，打算什么时候让自己也开一辆宝马或者奔驰去让别人给他洗。可我把话咽下去了，我知道我想以此启发他们上进心的想法在这个社会的诱惑面前，是多么的幼稚。他们已经对自己完全不抱希望了，我却还在这傻傻的期望着。<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 他们觉得自己很大了，已经很成熟了，于是他们恋爱，他们打架，他们也喝酒来解愁。可我想做的却和他们相差万里。我想起一个关于知音的话题，二人无一语何以交友？我想算是没有共同语言吧，又怎么能感化呢？<br />]]></description>
